Who we are
Apacheta Research is run by its two founders, Andrey Sychev and Artemiy Shirko. For any question about your data, write to hello@apacheta-research.com.
What we collect
When you send a brief, we receive what you enter in the form: your name, work email, company, role, country or region, the description of your decision, the timeframe and anything else you add. This site doesn’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
Server logs
Our web server doesn’t keep access logs for this site. To protect the form from abuse, it limits how many requests one IP address can send. Its error log can record the IP address of a request that failed or hit that limit; we use it only to keep the site running.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your brief, prepare the feasibility map and, if you decide to go ahead, a proposal.
Where it’s kept and who sees it
Briefs are stored on our own server in the European Union. When a brief arrives, its contents are sent to us as a Telegram notification. Only the two founders read briefs. We don’t sell your details or share them with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after our last contact, unless the brief becomes part of a contract. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent. Write to hello@apacheta-research.com; we reply within 30 days.
Changes
If this notice changes, we update the date at the top.
