About Apacheta Research
We research new markets for companies about to enter them, and we show where every number comes from.
Why “Apacheta”
An apacheta is a cairn of stones that marks the way over a mountain pass in the Andes. Our work is similar: we gather scattered facts from registries, tenders and local press into one marked route to your decision.
Who we are
Apacheta Research is two founders and an automated collection pipeline. Automation handles the volume; acceptance stays with people.
- Andrey Sychev
- Co-founder. Method, conclusions and client work.
- Artemiy Shirko
- Co-founder. Data sources, collection and automation.
What we hold to
- Unknown is an answer. Invented is not.
- Every number has an address.
- Decision first: a brief starts from the call you have to make.
- Limits before the invoice: you learn what can’t be found before you pay.
Our first project
When Acclaim set out to understand the business process outsourcing market in Central Asia, we knew reliable data would be hard to find. It’s a niche segment in a region where public information is scarce and often outdated.
The team closed that gap. By combining modern AI capabilities with deep data expertise and experience in large-scale research, they gave us a comprehensive view of the BPO landscape across Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan: key players, market dynamics, buyer needs, and growth opportunities.
The insights were fast, rigorous, and directly actionable for our go-to-market planning. For any startup or scale-up entering a complex new market, this is the best way to build real market knowledge.
Acclaim, a voice-AI company for contact centres, used our research on the business process outsourcing market of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
